Aurelian

Aurelian is a private collection stewardship platform for collectors who want to document, understand and care for their art over time. Bring the information around each work into one considered place — from provenance and acquisition details to documentation, condition, location, values, insurance and future planning. AI-assisted tools help create catalogue entries, navigate your collection, identify what needs attention and generate tailored reports for valuers, insurers, lawyers, accountants and other advisers - reducing manual administration while making your collection information more useful over time. Designed with the privacy of significant collections in mind, Aurelian keeps sensitive information protected and access firmly within your control. What you can do: Build a lasting record. Add works, images, artist details, dimensions, edition information, acquisition history, condition and location, creating a record that can develop with the collection over time. Keep the documentation with the work. Store invoices, certificates, valuation reports, condition reports, insurance records and other supporting material alongside the relevant item. See what needs attention. Identify missing information and keep track of reviews, reminders and matters requiring further action. Understand the collection as a whole. View works across categories, locations and recorded values, and generate reports for different collection needs. Plan beyond the present. Keep estate and legacy considerations connected to the collection and identify where further planning or professional input may be required. Bring trusted advisers into the picture. Where appropriate, give authorised advisers, family office representatives, lawyers or executors access to the information relevant to their role. Ask for advice in context. Submit an Aurelian advisory request in relation to an acquisition, sale, commission, donation, estate matter or legal issue, linked to the relevant work or collection. Keep your collection private. Your collection information is protected through multiple layers of security designed for sensitive and valuable collection data. You remain in control of who can access your collection, with permissions tailored to the role of each authorised user. Aurelian is designed for the long view: helping collectors preserve not only the record of a collection, but the knowledge, decisions and context that give it continuity. No more fragmented spreadsheets, camera rolls or filing cabinets - just one private, secure place to document, understand and steward a collection over time.
