Weft-Family Org & camp finder

Weft turns the chaos of kids' activities into one clear, conflict-free weekly schedule — then sends it straight to the calendar you already use. Swim on Tuesday, gymnastics on Thursday, two kids, one car, and a registration deadline you almost missed? Weft keeps it all straight. PLAN THE SEASON • Add your kids, caregivers/drivers, and the season's dates • Set family rules — daily limits, cut-off times, no-activity days, travel gaps • Add activities with their possible time slots and locations • Weft builds a schedule that avoids clashes and respects who's free to drive • See and resolve conflicts at a glance DISCOVER ACTIVITIES NEAR YOU • Browse local classes, camps, and programs across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — swimming, gymnastics, dance, skating, and more • Filter by location, age, interest, and registration status • See a program's levels and every available time and location • Tap through to the facility's own page to register ⭐ FAVORITE YOUR GO-TO PLACES • Tap the star on any facility to save it • Switch to "Favorites only" to see just your saved venues — fast KEEP YOUR CALENDAR IN SYNC • Bring your calendar's existing busy time into Weft's conflict checks, so the schedule fits your real week • Write your plan to your calendar, or export a calendar file (.ics) for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and more TODAY AT A GLANCE • A home-screen widget shows today's runs and what's coming up next NEVER MISS REGISTRATION • Set reminders for when registration opens • Get "before it starts" reminders for activities and watched events • All reminders are on your device — no account, no spam SNAP A FLYER • Point your camera at a paper schedule or flyer — Weft reads it on your device to pre-fill activities (OCR), with nothing uploaded PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No accounts, no sign-up, no ads • Your family's details stay on your device — never uploaded • Optional, anonymous usage analytics and crash reports you can switch off in Settings • Location is optional and used only to show nearby results — never stored or shared Weft works offline for planning; finding new activities (Discover) uses the internet.
