Athlix is the companion app for clients working with a personal trainer or coach. Your trainer builds your program, Athlix guides you through every session. GUIDED WORKOUTS Follow your training program one exercise at a time. Swipe through exercises, log sets with weight, reps, and RPE, and use built-in rest timers that auto-advance when you're ready. Supports supersets, circuits, warmups, and cooldowns exactly as your coach designed them. YOUR PROGRAM, YOUR PACE See your full multi-week program at a glance. The Today screen shows exactly what's on deck, tracks your weekly progress, and keeps you on schedule with a visual timeline. STAY FLEXIBLE Need to swap an exercise? Choose from coach-approved alternatives or enter your own. Add or remove sets on the fly. Your progress auto-saves if you leave the app mid-workout. POST-WORKOUT SUMMARY After every session, see your total volume, sets completed, duration, and weekly highlights. Review past workouts anytime. DIRECT MESSAGING Chat with your coach in real time. Share photos and videos, see when they're typing, and get read receipts so you know your message was seen. TEAM & COMMUNITY Connect with other clients in your trainer's community. Athlix requires an invitation from your trainer to get started. Connect a wearable Connect Health Connect and Athlix reads last night's sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate so your daily readiness check-in is mostly filled in before you open it. Each number is compared with your own 28-day average. Your coaches see your numbers only if you turn on sharing, and you can disconnect at any time.

What's new

A new Today screen: scroll a day rail across the month, see every workout for the day in one list with your coach's notes, and countdowns for programs that start soon. Log distance and time: distance sets in any unit, durations in history, tap a previous value for exercise history. Better in the workout: swap history, each-side autofill, full exercise names, a rest timer with quick adjust. Plus fixes for repeated workout restarts, double starts after check-in, and Health Connect permissions.
