The application The application provides the platform to enhance the on-the-job experience and provide excellent customer service, reduce return trips, and get and deliver information in real time. The features include, but are not limited to: Communication Tools: * Conversations with Digital Image Annotations will provide the ability for field teams to remotely access and obtain guidance through issues. Images can be annotated to provide the best placement of devices, loop layout, and much more. * Video Communication will provide real-time ability to “see what they see”. * Multi-party, scheduling, recording, and playback of sessions are all included in Atheer.
