AssumeFlow

AssumeFlow is the daily rhythm app built for ADHD, dyslexic, and dysgraphic brains — woven together with Law of Assumption and Mental Alchemy. Most productivity apps were built for neurotypical brains. They punish missed streaks, overwhelm you with features, and trap you in subscriptions that prey on forgetfulness. AssumeFlow does the opposite. ✨ WHAT MAKES ASSUMEFLOW DIFFERENT No streaks to break. No guilt for off days. No subscription ever. Instead of forcing your brain into a rigid system, AssumeFlow gives you a gentle daily rhythm that works with your neurodivergent mind — and ties it to the Law of Assumption so your identity and your actions move together. 🌅 MORNING CHECK-IN Start each day by checking in with your actual brain — not a to-do list. Rate your physical energy, mental clarity, and focus capacity. Log three things you're grateful for. Release a limiting belief. Set your state before the day sets it for you. ✨ IDENTITY MODE The only productivity app with Law of Assumption built in. Set your I AM identity — Creative Entrepreneur, Healthy and Thriving, Abundant and Free — and receive gentle reminders throughout the day to feel into that version of yourself. Backed by Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, and the tradition of Mental Alchemy. ⚡ MANA TASK SYSTEM Tasks earn Mana across three dimensions — Body, Mind, and Spirit. Balance all three for a balanced day. No all-or-nothing thinking. No punishment for what's left undone. Roll tasks forward without shame. 🌙 EVENING REVISION Close the day with intention. Reflect on your wins — even tiny ones. Practise Neville Goddard's revision technique to rewrite the day from your desired state. Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled before you sleep. 🔥 HABITS WITHOUT SHAME Track daily habits with encouraging micro-copy that meets you where you are. Milestone celebrations at 7, 14, and 30 days. Every day one can start fresh. 📋 LIFE ADMIN The adulting tasks your executive dysfunction keeps avoiding. Due dates, reminders, and auto-reschedule so nothing falls through the cracks. ⏱ FOCUS TIMER Two modes — Focus (countdown) and Flow (count-up). Guilt-free bail mechanics. Mana awarded on completion. No shame for stopping early. 📊 WEEKLY SUMMARY See your momentum build week by week. 7-day Mana chart, balanced days, category totals. Progress over perfection, always. 🔒 FULLY OFFLINE. ALWAYS. 100% offline. No account. No login. No server. Your data never leaves your phone. No ads. No tracking. No one watching. 💜 PRICING Free 21-day trial — full access, no restrictions. Then $9.99 once. That's it. No subscription. No renewal. No auto-charge. Own it forever. We built it this way deliberately because we know ADHD brains get burned by surprise charges. This will never happen with AssumeFlow. 🌿 BUILT FOR ADHD • Dyslexia • Dysgraphia • Executive dysfunction • Task paralysis • Anyone who has tried every productivity app and felt like the problem was them. It wasn't. The apps were wrong for your brain. Assume. Flow. Grow.
