Asset Tracker Pro (ATP), is a full-lifecycle auditing system to manage your physical assets and data as they pass through your business or organisation, be they boxes, single assets, grouped assets, people, or even documents. Anything can be an asset for ATP. Scan UDI compliant labels to ensure MDR compliance in GS1, HIBCC and IDF formats (barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix's and many more) and verify an asset via your own inventory or a verified external source such as EDUMED or AccessGUDID. To ATP, an asset can be anything, physical or virtual, that can be audited and tracked through a logical flow of steps. From the smallest screw in a storeroom all the way through to customer usage, ATP can show you where your assets are and have been, every time of the day using a variety of platforms from mobile devices to web browsers. A workflow template is defined by the steps needed to audit your assets between defined points, each step can be considered as an individual data point to capture the status of that asset and what path it follows based on decisions made manually by your users or automatically by ATP. We refer to these as your workflow templates, and you can have many different versions of your templates, or individual templates as you need, which can be joined together to create a larger journey for your assets to flow through. Scan points, decontamination status, location, date & time, who handled an asset, repair status, and much more, can be captured based on your requirements.
