KaushalMitra

KaushalMitra is the official mobile application of the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM), Government of Assam, developed to support authorized cadres in implementing the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). The application enables field cadres to digitally collect candidate information, conduct awareness and mobilization activities, provide counselling, manage grievances, and monitor candidate progress through seamless integration with the centralized ASRLM ERP system. The application helps cadres identify and mobilize rural youth interested in skill development and employment opportunities. It simplifies the registration process by allowing authorized users to capture candidate details, upload photographs, update existing records, and maintain accurate information in real time. All registered data is securely synchronized with the ASRLM ERP platform, improving operational efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy. The app supports awareness camps and mobilization activities conducted across Assam. Cadres can record participant details, capture photographs as supporting evidence, and submit activity information digitally. Counselling features allow cadres to record counselling sessions, update candidate interest levels, maintain follow-up information, and track candidates throughout their journey from mobilization to training and placement. The application also provides candidate lifecycle tracking, enabling authorized users to monitor the progress of candidates from registration through counselling, training, placement, and retention. This helps ensure better coordination between field functionaries and the ASRLM administration while improving monitoring and reporting across all operational levels. Cadres can lodge grievances directly through the application and monitor their status. The app also generates honorarium details based on approved candidate registrations and completed field activities, helping cadres track their approved payments with greater transparency. A personalized dashboard provides a quick overview of candidate statistics, operational summaries, notifications, counselling progress, awareness activities, and honorarium information. The application uses secure role-based authentication and maintains audit logs to ensure accountability and secure access to operational data. This application is intended exclusively for authorized ASRLM cadres and officials engaged in implementing DDU-GKY and related livelihood initiatives across Assam. Unauthorized access is prohibited. Depending on operational requirements, the application may request permission to access the device camera for capturing candidate and activity photographs, storage for uploading documents and images, location services for recording field activity locations where applicable, and internet connectivity for secure synchronization with the ASRLM ERP system. The ASRLM Cadre App is designed to reduce manual paperwork, improve data quality, enhance transparency, strengthen field monitoring, and support the effective implementation of skill development and livelihood programmes across the State of Assam.
