AI TMS

Less paperwork. Fewer phone calls. More miles. AI TMS is the mobile companion to the AI TMS transportation management platform. Drivers handle loads, delivery paperwork and expenses right from the cab, while dispatch, shop and back-office teams keep the whole fleet moving from anywhere. Your company sets up your account. Sign in with the email address they registered for you. BUILT FOR THE CAB Open the app and your day is already laid out: the active load, the next stop and its appointment time, and how many loads are upcoming, in transit and delivered. Update a load's status in one tap, so dispatch always knows where things stand without a call. DELIVERY PAPERWORK IN SECONDS Photograph the proof of delivery or bill of lading and it goes straight onto the right load. No more driving back with a stack of paper or texting blurry photos. RECEIPTS THAT FILL THEMSELVES IN Point your camera at a fuel or expense receipt. The scanner finds the edges, captures it automatically and reads the merchant, date and amount for you. Link it to your load and truck and submit — no typing on a tiny keyboard. PAY AND COMPLIANCE AT A GLANCE Check your settlements and pay history whenever you want. See your CDL expiration date and get a heads-up before it's due, so a renewal never sneaks up on you. KEEP THE FLEET ROAD-READY Shop and fleet teams can record vehicle inspections and defects, open maintenance and repair work orders, log repair lines and invoices, and keep an eye on parts inventory, including what's running low — with each truck and trailer's details a tap away. THE OFFICE, ON THE GO Dispatchers and managers can review loads, look up drivers, carriers, customers and facilities, and check receivables, expenses and paychecks from their phone or tablet.
