Count Me Out! Alcohol Tracker

Count Me Out! helps you stay aware of how much you're drinking. Log each drink and watch your estimated Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) rise and fall in real time — shown on a colour-coded Drunk Phase Dial and a live countdown to when you'll be sober. Built for social drinkers, the health-conscious, and anyone working on their relationship with alcohol. Private by design: everything stays on your device, with no account and no sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your estimated BAC in real time, using the Widmark formula • Follow a six-stage Drunk Phase Dial, from Sober to Blackout • Log drinks fast — pick by type (beer, wine, spirits) or search 50+ presets and an online drinks database • Add meals and snacks — food slows alcohol absorption, and the app accounts for it • Watch a live countdown to when your BAC returns to zero • Get a heads-up, with practical sobering tips, when your BAC climbs into the higher phases • Set optional check-in reminders during a session • Keep separate profiles, each with their own details ON YOUR WRIST & HOME SCREEN • A resizable home screen widget shows your BAC, phase and time to sober at a glance • A Wear OS companion puts your BAC on your watch — as a tile and watch-face complications PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no login, no ads, no tracking • Your profile, drinks and sessions stay on your device — we never see them, and we never sell them • Crash reporting is optional and off by default; turn it on only if you want to help fix bugs • Works offline IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ Count Me Out! shows estimates only. BAC is calculated from general formulas and cannot account for everything that affects your body. It is not medically accurate, it is not a breathalyser, and it is not a medical device. Never use this app to decide whether it is safe to drive or operate machinery. If you have been drinking, do not drive. If you are concerned about your drinking, please reach out to a qualified professional or a support service in your area.
