Propósito y contexto de la aplicación Esta es una aplicación empresarial de uso privado, desarrollada exclusivamente para los empleados de Asear S.A.S. E.S.P.. No es una aplicación de acceso público; únicamente los empleados registrados pueden acceder a ella. Cómo probar la aplicación (Cuenta de demostración) Utilice las siguientes credenciales para realizar las pruebas: Número de identificación: 1013634100 Fecha de nacimiento: 1992-08-03 Esta cuenta corresponde a un empleado registrado en nuestro sistema backend (API desarrollada en Ruby on Rails). Flujo de autenticación El empleado ingresa su número de identificación. Ingresa su fecha de nacimiento. El sistema valida la información contra la base de datos de empleados. Si la validación es exitosa, la aplicación genera un código OTP (One-Time Password) basado en el tiempo, similar al token utilizado por las entidades bancarias. Este código OTP se utiliza en nuestra plataforma web para realizar la firma digital de contratos laborales. ¿Por qué existe esta aplicación? Anteriormente, los códigos OTP se enviaban mediante mensajes SMS. Sin embargo, debido a problemas de confiabilidad y retrasos en la entrega de los mensajes, decidimos reemplazar este mecanismo por la aplicación móvil. La aplicación funciona como seguro que genera el código OTP necesario para el proceso interno de firma digital de documentos. Vinculación del dispositivo Por razones de seguridad, cada empleado puede tener la aplicación vinculada a un único dispositivo móvil. Si un empleado cambia de dispositivo, un administrador debe desvincular el dispositivo anterior desde el sistema antes de que el nuevo pueda registrarse. Esta medida hace parte de nuestro esquema de seguridad. Sección en construcción El módulo "Visitas" se encuentra actualmente en desarrollo y aún no está disponible para su uso. La funcionalidad principal de la aplicación, correspondiente a la generación del código OTP, está completamente implementada y puede ser probada utilizando las credenciales de demostración proporcionadas anteriormente.
