Your coach, company, or manager sets up your account and coaching program — the app is how you capture real conversations and see your results anywhere. Adjustable audio quality, noise reduction, and auto gain control handle everything from quiet meetings to speakerphone calls. 2. Submit — when you're ready, submit a recording for AI coaching. Recordings stay on your device until you choose to send them. 3. Improve — transcripts, scorecards, analyses, and coaching videos appear in the Coaching tab within minutes, and in your organization's web portal.
