Arum Stargate

Arum Stargate is the companion app for the dental laboratories and clinics that order through Arum. Follow every case from the moment it reaches us to the moment it ships, without opening a browser. TRACK YOUR ORDERS See your orders grouped by product and reference, filter them by production stage, and search by order number, reference or product. Open a case to review its items, tooth chart, selected options and attached files, including a 3D viewer for STL files. KNOW WHEN IT MATTERS Get a notification when a case enters production and when it ships with a tracking number. Nothing in between. You will also be notified when support replies to you. TALK TO US Message us from inside the app and get an answer straight away. Our AI assistant is available around the clock and understands whichever language you write in. If you would rather speak to a person, ask for a member of our team and we will take the conversation over. Attach photos or documents when something is easier to show than to describe. YOUR INVOICES IN ONE PLACE Browse your monthly statement to see top-ups, invoices and your closing balance for any month. Open an invoice to read it in full, print it or save it as a PDF. MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT Check your credit and point balance with recent transactions, set a profile picture, and switch the app to any of 25 languages. An Arum Stargate account is required to sign in. You can sign up in the app or on our website; accounts are activated once approved by our team. Forgotten your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen.
