Artoria: Art Therapy Live

Artoria is a quiet space to feel, through art. Some things are easier to draw than to say. Artoria guides you through a gentle, structured art‑therapy session — a few unhurried minutes to arrive in your body, soften, and express whatever is present. No skill needed. No right or wrong. Your session, step by step: • Arrive — Begin by gently noticing where tension lives in your body. • Breathe — A slow, 30‑second breath to settle into the present moment. • Create — Draw freely on a warm paper canvas, with simple brushes and colours. Let it be messy. Let it be yours. • Name it — Give your artwork a title, and choose whether to keep it or let it go. • Reflect — Check in once more, and notice what has shifted. • Rest — Close with a small, kind acknowledgement that you showed up for yourself. Artoria never grades, scores, or pushes. There are no streaks to protect and no one watching. Just a calm, supportive guide and a blank page that meets you where you are. Your sessions are saved to your own healing space, so you can look back gently and see your journey unfold at your pace. Whether you're carrying stress, sitting with a hard feeling, or simply making room to breathe — Artoria is here when you need a moment. Take a moment for yourself.
