აპლიკაციის შექმნის მიზანია საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებების გაუმჯობესების პროცესში ქართული საზოგადოების ჩართულობის ეფექტური მექანიზმის შექმნა და ანგარიშვალდებულების ადვილად გამოსაყენებელი ინსტრუმენტის დანერგვა. აპლიკაცია მოიცავს სამ მთავარ სექციას: (ა) ინსტიტუციურ მონაცემთა ბაზა: საქართველოში მოქმედი თითოეული საჯარო სკოლის შესახებ რაოდენობრივი ინფორმაცია. მონაცემების არასრული ჩამონათვალი მოიცავს: (ა) მოსწავლეთა და მასწავლებელთა რაოდენობას, მათ მახასიათებლებს; (ბ) სკოლის ბიუჯეტს; გ) სკოლის დირექტორის შესახებ ინფორმაციას; დ) მოსწავლე-მასწავლებლის თანაფარდობას; (ე) ხარჯებს ერთ მოსწავლეზე; ვ) მასწავლებლთა კვალიფიკაციასა და ასაკს; (ზ) სკოლის ინფრასტრუქტურასა და ხელმისაწვდომ რესურსებს; ეს განყოფილება საშუალებას მისცემს მოქალაქეებს, სკოლებს, მუნიციპალიტეტებს, ადგილობრივ საგანმანათლებლო რესურსცენტრებს, სამინისტროს სააგენტოებს, გააერთიანონ მონაცემები და გაიგონ მეტი ადგილობრივი კონტექსტის შესახებ ინსტიტუციურ, რაიონულ, რეგიონულ და ცენტრალურ დონეზე.
