BalanceK Mobile

Balancek is a minimalistic app for controlling calorie intake that does not worry about the supposed quality of your nutrition but of energy input and output. Balancek goes beyond traditional calorie counters by helping you contextualize your meals. Thanks to our unique photo-based system and geolocation-aware tagging, your meals are documented with precision – reducing ambiguity and improving accuracy. Snap a quick photo of your plate and let Balancek handle the rest. Our visual-first approach makes logging meals quick, intuitive, and even enjoyable. Over time, you'll build a powerful visual diary of your nutrition journey. We understand that not all calorie tracking is created equal. Balancek offers a realistic and flexible caloric labeling system, taking into account real-world variations like portion size, ingredient differences, and even scale fluctuations. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being consistent. Not sure how to rate a meal’s caloric content? Balancek shows you visually similar meals (highlighted in green) to guide your estimations. You can also compare meals and flag inconsistencies to help improve accuracy across the community. Balancek is built around user contribution and openness. Meals with photos and area tags help eliminate geographical ambiguity, and community input helps surface discrepancies and improve labeling over time. Support our mission and unlock extra perks! By subscribing to our lowest-tier Patreon plan, you’ll receive priority human support and contribute directly to the development and growth of Balancek. We're building this app for you—with your help.
