ArthaX

ArthaX is the companion app for sales teams whose employer runs ArthaX CRM. It sits on the rep's work phone, links every call with a lead to that lead's record in the CRM, and sends along the recording the phone's own dialler already saved. Nothing to type up after a call, and no more talk time lost in a spreadsheet. How it works Open the app and you see the leads assigned to you, with a CALL button on each. Tap it and the call is placed, either straight away or through your phone's dialler, whichever you choose in Settings. When the call ends, ArthaX reads the outcome from the phone's call log (answered or not, and the real talk duration), matches the number to the lead, and posts the call to the CRM. If your phone saved a recording of that call in the folder you picked during setup, that file is uploaded and attached to the lead's call history as well. ArthaX never records audio itself. It has no microphone permission. It only reads recordings that your phone's built-in call recorder has already saved, from one folder you choose, and only for calls whose number matches a lead in your CRM. Calls to numbers that are not leads are never uploaded. What you get Click to call from the lead list, with search by name, company or number. Every lead call logged in the CRM automatically, incoming or outgoing, with answered or unanswered status and talk time. The recording your phone made, attached to the right lead, with a review step when a file does not clearly belong to a call. Reminders for follow ups and meetings, and notifications when a colleague asks you to call a lead from the CRM. An Activity screen that shows exactly what the app did and every call still waiting to reach the server. Offline safe: calls and recordings are queued on the phone and sent when there is signal. Nothing is lost if you are out of coverage. A Settings screen that shows at a glance whether call tracking, the recordings folder, notifications and battery settings are all in order. What the app needs and why Phone and call log access: to place calls from the CALL button, to know when a call starts and ends, and to read the outcome and duration from the phone's call log. Android does not tell an app whether the other side answered; the call log is the only place that information exists. Notifications: to show call tracking progress, warn you if a recording could not be uploaded, and deliver reminders and call requests from the CRM. One folder of your choosing: picked through the system file picker. ArthaX reads only that folder and has no other access to your storage. Battery optimisation exemption (optional, recommended): some phones close background apps aggressively and recordings would be missed. This is requested only after the app has explained why, and can be declined. Before any of this is requested, the app shows a plain language disclosure of what is collected and where it goes. You can decline and still use the app to view and dial leads. Who this is for ArthaX is an enterprise app. It only works with an ArthaX CRM account provided by your employer. There is no self sign up: you sign in with the mobile number your team registered, and a one time code is sent to your registered email address. If you do not have an ArthaX CRM account, this app will not do anything useful for you. Your data goes only to your employer's ArthaX CRM over an encrypted connection.
