Arise - Workout RPG

Your next level starts with your next workout. Arise is a workout tracker and planner that brings original RPG progression to real training. Follow a personalised plan, keep a gym log you can learn from, and turn consistency into completed quests, earned XP and new ranks. Whether you train at home or in the gym, your progress comes from the work you put in. An anime-inspired System interface gives your routine a sense of adventure, while focused tracking keeps the workout at the centre. A workout plan built around you Start with your goals, experience, equipment and weekly schedule. Preview your personalised plan, then unlock training with Arise Pro. Create custom routines or swap exercises to fit your setup. Movement instructions, coaching cues and safety notes help you approach each session with a clear plan. A gym log that keeps you moving Record sets, reps, weight, time and distance. Check previous-session values, save exercise notes and use rest timers between sets. Active workout logging works offline and syncs when you reconnect, so a poor gym connection does not interrupt your log. Fitness quests with a purpose Complete your Daily Quest with training and the optional Steps, Sleep, Hydration and Mobility goals you choose. Earn XP from completed Daily Quests and verified Weekly Dungeons. Qualify for Rank Trials and earn your promotion through a dedicated challenge. A missed day does not erase your rank or workout history. See more than a level number Use your workout journal to review personal records, training volume, estimated one-rep max and exercise trends. Explore progressive overload suggestions for your next session. Your lifting history and RPG progression sit alongside each other, so you can see both your training results and the journey behind them. Bring friends along Create or join a private, invite-only Guild. Encourage friends with preset cheers and compare consistency against each person's weekly target. Guild standings never change your personal XP or rank. Make room for recovery Follow guided mobility sessions and choose the daily goals that suit you. Optionally connect your device's health hub for Steps and Sleep, and separately enable export of water logged in Arise. Exact health values remain on your device. Permissions and reminders are yours to manage. Ready to level up your fitness? Build your plan. Log your training. Take on your next quest.
