GLP-1 주사를 맞고 계신가요? 주사 맞은 날, 그날의 체중, 속이 불편했던 정도. 따로따로 적어두면 정작 진료실에서 "지난달에 어떠셨어요?"라는 물음에 답하기 어렵습니다. 글루비는 흩어진 기록을 한자리에 모아, 시간에 따라 어떻게 달라졌는지 그림으로 보여줍니다. 오늘 오늘 하루에 필요한 것만 놓았습니다. 최근 기록을 바탕으로 앞으로 7일의 예상 체중을 계산해 보여주고, 지금 몸에 남아 있는 주사의 양이 어느 정도인지 게이지로 표시합니다. 오늘 무엇을 챙기면 좋을지도 한 줄로 정리해 드립니다. 기록 체중과 체성분, 혈당, GLP-1 투여(용량과 맞은 부위), 속이 불편했던 증상, 식단, 운동. 자주 적는 여섯 가지가 앞에 있고 수분, 수면, 걸음, 심박, 혈압, 영양제, 음주, 흡연, 마음건강 자가점검, 건강검진 문진표는 접어 두었습니다. 자주 쓰는 것만 골라 앞으로 꺼내둘 수 있습니다. 식단은 사진으로 남길 수 있습니다. 화면 아래 가운데 버튼을 누르면 바로 카메라가 열립니다. 분석 쌓인 기록으로 내 몸이 어떤 편인지 봅니다. 지난 7일 체중이 움직인 만큼을 식사와 활동, 주사로 나누어 보여주고, 어떤 끼니가 혈당을 크게 올렸는지, 주사를 맞고 며칠째가 가장 힘든 편인지를 정리합니다. 건강검진 결과가 있다면 그때와 지금을 나란히 놓아 봅니다. 적지 않아도 들어오는 것 Apple 건강 또는 Health Connect를 연결하면 걸음, 운동, 수면, 체중, 혈당, 체성분, 심박이 자동으로 들어옵니다. 읽어오기만 하고 건강 앱에 되쓰지 않습니다. 국민건강보험 건강검진 결과(최근 10년)와 진료,투약 내역(최근 5년)도 불러올 수 있습니다. 연속혈당측정기를 쓰신다면 혈당이 하루 종일 이어진 곡선으로 그려집니다. 내 타입 알아보기 몇 가지 문항에 답하면 두 가지 유형을 알려드립니다. 하나는 몸이 얼마나 빠르게 반응하는 편인지, 다른 하나는 얼마나 세심하게 살펴야 하는 편인지입니다. 어떤 약이 맞는지 정해주는 기능이 아닙니다. 진료 때 무엇을 확인하면 좋을지 정리해 드리는 것이고, 결과 아래에 진료실에서 그대로 보여줄 수 있는 항목이 함께 나옵니다. 꼭 읽어주세요 글루비는 의료기기가 아닙니다. 병을 진단하거나 치료 방법이나 약을 정해주지 않습니다. 적어둔 기록을 정리해 보여주는 것이 전부이고, 모든 판단은 의사와 상의해 주세요. 만 19세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 몸에 이상이 느껴지면 앱을 보지 마시고 바로 의료기관을 찾아주세요.
