Sheltera VM

Sheltera AI is a user-friendly mobile resource management solution that allows tree trimming and utility professionals to report incidents, create work orders, take photos of situations on the ground before and after a job is done, get resource recommendations for jobs ahead of time, and perform quality control for complete work. The Sheltera resource mobilization solution constitutes a versatile web and mobile application designed to seamlessly modernize outdated and ineffective utility workflows related to vegetation and storm management. This comprehensive suite integrates several systems to revolutionize these critical operations. The Ticketing and Inspection features harness insights derived from the Risk-Adjusted Vegetation Monitoring System, which specializes in Lidar and Satellite Imagery Analysis power. These analytical foundations seamlessly blend into the Sheltera VM Ticketing System, which subsequently interfaces with the Sheltera Ticketing Application. The ultimate outcome is a dynamic mobile application meticulously crafted for the purpose of surveying and pruning specific tree threat zones. These zones become the focus, strategically identified as potential hazards to primary power lines and infringing upon right-of-way areas. Expanding on resource mobilization, The Staging and Storm Response feature extends its capabilities to anticipate equipment needs for addressing storm-related damages. It leverages specific insights from line sections and augments them with SYNC Energy AI's weather tunnel estimations. The outcome is a precise determination of equipment vulnerabilities, enabling the generation of equipment lists and targeted work orders. This ensures swift and effective storm damage repair and restoration. The Workforce Management feature represents another integral facet within the Sheltera Ticketing System suite. Drawing insights from inspection and work order notes, as well as managerial feedback, this system generates a comprehensive collection of attributes for each crew chief or team. These attributes serve as guiding parameters, aiding managers in making informed decisions when selecting the most suitable team for a particular task. This system empowers managers to maintain an oversight of labor power within the context of work orders or inspection assignments, ensuring optimal resource allocation. At the core of the architecture lies the Resource Mobilization solution, a driving force within the Vegetation Management Suite. Leveraging detailed insights encompassing cost, time, and vegetation reduction metrics per tree threat zone, this system assumes a pivotal role. These insights are pivotal in recalibrating threat zone parameters, refining cost projections, specifying equipment requisites, and orchestrating scheduling within the VM Ticketing System. The integration of advanced machine learning algorithms enhances this process, resulting in an advanced AI-driven resource mobilization.
