nextie

nextie is the app for the building or community you actually live in. Join your tower in Dubai Marina, your villa community in Arabian Ranches, your cluster in Damac Hills — and it fills with the people, the notices and the help immediately around you. All seven emirates are already in nextie: 210 master communities, 716 clusters and more than 2,400 buildings. Search for yours by name and join it. WHAT NEIGHBOURS USE IT FOR Report what is broken. A lift, a light, a leak. Raise it once and everybody can see it is known about, instead of five people calling security about the same thing. Lost and found. A cat, a set of keys, a delivery left at the wrong door — with a photo. Ask the community. The question you would otherwise put to a WhatsApp group of three hundred people, asked once and answered by the neighbours who know. What is on. Gatherings, classes and community events, and who is going. Businesses nearby. The plumber, the nursery, the cleaner your own neighbours already use, with their reviews. Messages. Talk to a neighbour directly, and block anybody you would rather not hear from. Your community map. Your towers, villas, gates, parking, pools and shops, drawn for your community rather than guessed from a search engine. Notices that matter. Emergency announcements always reach you. Everything else, you choose. PRIVACY IS THE WHOLE DESIGN The map shows Villa 122. It never shows who lives in it. Nothing in nextie links a resident to their address, and that is not a setting you have to find — it is enforced on the server by a test that has to pass before any release goes out. The one exception is your own home, shown only to you. You decide what your neighbours see. Documents you send to prove you live there are private, seen only by a reviewer, and destroyed when you leave. START STRAIGHT AWAY Register and use nextie today. Proving you live in the community is asked for within your first month, not on the first screen. nextie is free for residents. nextie is made in the UAE by Aram Building Contracting LLC.
