Full description

ARA Worker is the dedicated field app for engineers and tradespeople working for businesses that run on the ARA platform. Your jobs, your day, all in one app. WHAT IT DOES • See today's schedule, route, and next site at a glance. • Accept assigned jobs, clock in, update status, and close out — synced live to the office. • Capture before and after photos, completion notes, customer signatures, and documents straight from the job. • Log timesheets and submit expenses with receipts, linked to the right job and approved by the office. • View payslips, acknowledge payroll documents, and keep your earnings record in one place. • Get push notifications for new jobs, schedule changes, and payroll updates while you are in the field. WHO IT IS FOR ARA Worker is for workers and subcontractors invited by a business that uses ARA. You sign in with the secure account issued by your company — there is no separate signup in the app. If you are a business owner looking to manage your team, see https://arainternational.co.uk — start with ARA CRM and invite your workers to the ARA Worker app from there. BUILT FOR FIELD WORK • Offline queueing for core actions so signal drops on site don't lose your work. • Biometric (Face ID / fingerprint) quick sign-in. • Location used only while the app is open, to verify job site attendance and travel. • Camera used only when you tap to capture a photo, receipt, or signature. PRIVACY AND SECURITY ARA Worker connects only to the ARA platform operated by ARA International Ltd. Your data is scoped to the business that invited you and protected by Supabase row-level policies. Read the full privacy policy at https://arainternational.co.uk/privacy-policy. SUPPORT [email protected] https://arainternational.co.uk/support
