Full description
An email arrives with a link and a deadline. It may not even say which test it is. Employer aptitude tests draw on a common set of reasoning patterns, and they are fast: the best-known give you 14 to 18 seconds a question. aptiGROWTH drills those patterns on the clock, so when the real link opens, nothing about the pace is new. FIFTEEN PATTERNS, NAMED AND DRILLED Terminal Digit Arithmetic · 10% Anchor · Magnitude Estimation · Unit Triage · Syllogistic Truncation · Dependent Factors · Construct Unmasking · Gestalt Isolation · Peripheral Scanning · Keyword Anchor · Distractor Salience · Proximity Guessing · SCANS Protocol · DIF Trap Evasion · 18-Second Hard Stop Each drill is thirty questions on one pattern, until recognising it stops being a decision and becomes a reflex. The wrong options are built around common mistakes, and each explanation shows the trap, so you learn the trap and not just the answer. QUESTIONS YOU HAVE NOT SEEN BEFORE At least two of every three questions are generated fresh as you train, and the app remembers every question you have already answered, so your score measures your reasoning rather than your memory of yesterday's set. THE GAUNTLET: A FULL SIMULATION ON ONE CLOCK Sit a full run end to end under a single clock. Choose the Exam length and a named pace to match the real format: the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT®) is 50 questions in 15 minutes, and the Wonderlic® is 50 in 12. A run of ten or more answers ends with an honest verdict on one of five bands, your pace, your accuracy and a question-by-question review you can turn over to see why each answer was right. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND, AND WHEN YOU WILL BE READY A few questions at the start (what the test is for, which test it is, the day you want to be ready by and what feels hardest) set your pace and the order of your drills, and turn into a plan. An untimed baseline assessment shows where you start. From then on the app tracks every pattern's accuracy, average and fastest pace, and how close it is to mastery at your target speed, along with your daily streak. Set the day you want to be ready by, and aptiGROWTH turns it into the days you have left and roughly how much practice each one needs. Mastery is judged on your exact numbers, never rounded ones. NOT AN IQ TEST People often call these IQ tests. They are timed reasoning tests an employer or a school uses to screen, and the skill they reward is recognising a pattern at speed. That skill can be practised. TRY IT, THEN DECIDE aptiGROWTH is free to download. You can look round the whole app and do three full drill sessions before you pay anything. After that, aptiGROWTH needs a subscription through Google Play, monthly or annual, which renews automatically until you cancel. The Gauntlet, the assessment and the full question lists in Browse need it from the start. The price is shown on the screen before you pay. Cancel anytime in Google Play: you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund a period that has started, except where the law says we must. NO ADS, NO ACCOUNT There are no ads. There is no account and no sign-in: your answers, scores and progress stay on your device. Drills work with no connection. When the app is online it checks your subscription; if it can't check for three days, paid drills wait until it can. Purchases are handled by Google Play, and RevenueCat, a service we use, keeps the purchase record under an anonymous ID. If you report a faulty question, that report goes to the developer. aptiGROWTH is an independent study aid for the timed aptitude tests used in hiring and in admissions, including US healthcare-school programmes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Criteria Corp, Wonderlic, Inc. or any test publisher. CCAT® is a trademark of Criteria Corp. Wonderlic® is a trademark of Wonderlic, Inc.

What's new

New: the contents bars in Stats and Preferences scroll freely. Tap a section to bring it to the top, highlighted, or drag down from the bar for a quick wheel that shows each section as you turn it. The leaderboard has moved into Stats, as its last section. A drill tile now answers to its picture, so swiping between screens works from anywhere else on Drills, and the app softly blurs while you pull a picture. Fixed: the bottom bar's icons are centered, and no picture shows the old name.
