SightEMR is a mobile electronic medical records (EMR) app built for eye-care clinics, extending the SightEMR desktop workflow to Android devices for staff on the move. Designed for multiple clinic roles, SightEMR supports the full patient journey: • Receptionists – register patients, manage the waiting queue, and handle attachments • Refractionists – capture refraction data, biometry measurements, and hold-queue handoffs • Doctors / Pilots – review patient history, consult, and manage the doctor queue • Counsellors – manage counselling queues and patient follow-ups Key features: - Patient registration and search - Waiting queue, hold queue, and surgery queue management with pick/ownership tracking, so staff can see who is currently handling a patient - Refraction and biometry data entry, including IOL power calculation support - Attachment upload and document management for patient files - Surgery scheduling and procedure tracking - Prescription, investigation, and medical record history - Family group linking for related patients - Role-based screens tailored to each clinic staff member's responsibilities, so users only see the workflows relevant to their role SightEMR connects securely to your clinic's existing SightEMR backend, keeping patient records synchronized in real time across desktop and mobile devices. Built specifically for high-volume eye-care practices, SightEMR helps reduce wait times, prevent duplicate patient pickups, and give every staff member visibility into where a patient is in their visit — from registration through refraction, consultation, and surgery scheduling.
