かんたん請求書は、フリーランス・個人事業主向けの請求書作成アプリです。スマホで請求書・見積書・領収書を作成し、PDFで保存・送付できます。源泉徴収税と消費税の計算、インボイスの登録番号、帳票管理にも対応しています。パソコンを開かずに、取引先や明細を入力して書類を作成できます。外出先で見積もりを作成する、仕事の完了後に請求書を送る、入金後に領収書を発行するといった一連の請求業務をスマホで進められます。【請求書・見積書・領収書を作成】必要な項目を入力するだけで、見やすい帳票を作成できます。作成した見積書は請求書へ、請求書は領収書へ変換できるため、同じ内容を何度も入力する手間を減らせます。【源泉徴収税を自動計算】対象となる報酬・料金について、源泉徴収税を自動で計算し、差引請求額を表示します。原稿料や講演料などで用いられる、対象額100万円以下の部分を10.21％、100万円を超える部分を20.42％とする計算方式に対応しています。【インボイスと消費税に対応】適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号を記載できます。消費税は標準税率10％と軽減税率8％に対応し、税率ごとに金額を計算できます。消費税欄や登録番号の表示・非表示も選択できます。【PDFで保存・送付】作成した請求書、見積書、領収書はPDFとして保存できます。端末の共有機能を使ってメールやメッセージへ添付でき、取引先への帳票送付までスマホで完結します。【帳票を月ごとに管理】作成した書類は請求月ごとの一覧で確認できます。過去の請求書や見積書を探しやすく、領収書管理や確定申告に向けた書類整理にも活用できます。確定申告準備には、作成済み帳票の整理や書き出しをご活用ください。【端末内にデータを保存】入力した取引先、品目、帳票などのデータは端末内へ保存されます。会員登録は不要です。【プレミアム機能】・取引先やよく使う品目の登録・カラーテーマ、フォント、ロゴの設定・指定期間の帳票をPDFまたはZIPでまとめてエクスポート・広告非表示プレミアムには月額・年額プランがあります。広告非表示のみを利用できる買い切り項目もあります。【こんな方に】・請求書を作成するフリーランスや個人事業主・見積書作成から請求書発行、領収書管理までまとめて進めたい・報酬の源泉徴収税を簡単に計算したい・インボイス対応の帳票をスマホで作りたい・作成したPDFを取引先へすぐに送りたい・確定申告前の書類整理を進めたい源泉徴収の要否や税務上の取扱いは、報酬の種類や取引条件によって異なります。必要に応じて税務署や税理士などの専門家へご確認ください。
