Full description
AppSail is the real-time community app for sailors and motorboaters. Whether you're cruising, racing, or just stepping aboard for the weekend, AppSail connects you to other people on the water within the nautical-mile radius you choose. WHAT YOU CAN DO • FIND CREW — Looking for an extra hand on the next leg? Post a request, see who's available nearby, and chat directly. • OFFER CREW — Got time on your hands and miles in your wake? Show yourself on the map and let skippers find you. • TRADE OR BORROW PARTS — Need a spare impeller, a missing shackle, or a battery before sundown? Ask the community in your harbor. • GET EXPERT HELP — Mechanic, electrician, rigger, sailmaker — AppSail connects you with verified skills nearby. • YACHT HITCHHIKING — Travel by sail. Find skippers heading where you want to go, propose yourself as crew, share costs and adventures. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your profile in under a minute. 2. Set your search radius in nautical miles. 3. Browse the live map and feed for nearby requests. 4. Post your own request when you need something. 5. Chat directly with matched users. 6. Help, get helped, sail on. DESIGNED FOR LIFE ON THE WATER AppSail is built around how sailors actually plan and improvise. Distances in nautical miles. Maps that show the coastline. A profile that highlights real maritime skills — engine repair, celestial navigation, watch leading, RYA / ISSA / PZŻ qualifications, and more. The app works in any harbor, marina, or anchorage worldwide. Available in English and Polish. PRIVACY AND CONTROL • Precise location is used only for matching — never sold, never shared with advertisers. • Block users you don't want to interact with. • Report inappropriate content. We review every report. • Delete your account and all data from inside the app at any time. • No ads, no trackers, no third-party analytics. WHO IT'S FOR • Skippers and crew of sailing yachts • Motorboaters and offshore fishermen • Charter clients and boat owners • Marina regulars and harbor masters • Anyone with salt in their veins SUPPORT Questions, ideas, problems? Write to [email protected] — we read every message. Fair winds and following seas. — The AppSail team

What's new

New service: Crane / slip. Add and find places to launch or haul out a boat, right where sailors know them. Help is now built in - open it from the map's layers panel or from your Profile to see the full user manual. We're building our own pilot book together: the water, fuel, power and clearance points that aren't on any official chart. Fair winds.
