MOB, Billings Ovulation Method

The Billings Ovulation Method is a natural family planning technique based on daily observation of cervical mucus. It works both for couples trying to conceive and for those who want to space a pregnancy — no medication, no devices, no side effects. MOB is the app that organises that observation for you. OFFICIAL WOOMB CHART: Export a PDF of the official WOOMB form filled in with your own records, ready to bring to your accredited teacher. It is the same layout used by Billings teaching centres — no improvised spreadsheet, no photo of a notebook. WHAT YOU CAN DO: • Record each day's observation in a few taps • Follow your full menstrual cycle, month after month, with unlimited history • Recognise your own fertility pattern • Mark the Peak day and follow the rules of the method • See your cycle chart on screen • Export the WOOMB chart as PDF (Premium feature) • Share your records with your partner or your teacher WHO IT IS FOR: • Women already practising the Billings Method who want to stop using paper • Couples working with an accredited teacher • Anyone learning the method and needing support to chart correctly • Anyone looking for natural family planning without hormones • Anyone trying to conceive who wants to recognise fertility by observation • People who practise or study the sympto-thermal method WHY THIS IS NOT A CALENDAR APP: Period tracker apps predict ovulation from the average of your past cycles. The Billings Method makes no prediction: it works with what your body is signalling today, through cervical mucus observation. That is why MOB does not calculate a fertile window automatically — it records your observation, which is what the method asks for and what your teacher needs to see. PRIVACY: Your cycle and fertility records are yours. You decide whether and with whom you share them. Download MOB and keep your chart organised and ready for your next session.
