Full description

Meet Tappy - your tiny therapist. Tappy is a soft, expressive companion who mirrors your mood and guides you through short somatic tapping sessions to help you calm down, reset, and feel grounded again. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, angry, sad, tense, unfocused, or numb, Tappy helps you regulate your nervous system through gentle tapping, breathing cues, soothing visuals, sound, and subtle haptic rhythm. You calm Tappy — and in doing so, you calm yourself. Tappy is based on somatic tapping (also known as EFT), a simple and science-informed method that helps your body release tension and shift out of stress. Just tap on your own body while following Tappy’s visual and rhythmic guidance. No signup, no friction — open the app, choose how you feel, and tap along. Each emotion has its own guided 60–120 second tapping session with mood-specific visuals, sounds, animation, haptic cues, and short affirmations. Tappy starts by reflecting what you feel, then slowly transitions to a calmer state as you tap. As Tappy relaxes, so do you. After each session, you’ll see Tappy’s transformation from dysregulated to calm: brighter colors, softer breathing, and a peaceful expression. It’s a gentle mirror of your own shift toward calm. Tappy also includes light, supportive motivation such as daily calm streaks and unlockable ambient effects. The experience stays soothing and focused — no pressure, no competition, just steady emotional support. The app is designed with accessibility and safety in mind. There are no rapid flashes, and you can mute sound, adjust haptics, or pause anytime. It also includes a simple wellness disclaimer: Tappy is a relaxation and emotional awareness tool and is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care. Tap before you snap. Calm your nervous system in just a couple of minutes with Tappy, your tiny therapist who’s always here to settle with you, one tap at a time.
