The moment an app starts using a sensor, it lands on your timeline. When it started, when it stopped, down to the second. Over time, Insights shows the bigger picture. A week of activity at a glance, hour by hour. What runs while you're asleep. Which apps use sensors in the background, and how often. And everything stays on your phone. AppInsight works completely offline: no internet permission, no server, no accounts, no ads, no analytics. Location events are recorded as "this app used location," never as where you were. Coordinates, speed, and direction are never stored. What you get: ✓ A live timeline of mic, camera, and location activity, with the app named on every event ✓ Technical details on every session: which camera lens, which audio source, which services were running ✓ Insights that show patterns over time, including activity while your phone was locked ✓ A capability scanner that shows what every installed app can reach, in plain English ✓ A full export of everything recorded, in readable formats, locked behind your fingerprint Out of the box, AppInsight shows everything Android lets it see.
