This application allows you to view the sale prices of apartments and houses in France between 2014 and 2024. This app does NOT represent a government entity. You can search real estate sales around a given address. You can also consult a map that will allow you to know the average price per square meter in each area of France. The data come from the General Directorate of Public Finance and concern real estate transactions in mainland France and overseas territories with the exception of Alsace Moselle and Mayotte.
