Full description
DiamondGrid is a daily baseball trivia grid. Each day brings a new 3 × 3 grid. Three teams run down the side and three clues run across the top. Fill each square with a player who fits both: someone who played for that team and matches the clue above. Every player can only be used once, so think about where your best answers go. HOW IT WORKS • Tap a square to see its two clues • Search for a player by name • Pick a player who matches both the team and the clue • Fill all nine squares with as few misses as you can FEATURES • One new grid every day, the same for everyone • More than 20,000 big-league players, from the 1870s to today • Clues such as All-Star, 30+ home runs, 100+ RBI, a .300 season, 200+ strikeouts and Gold Glove • Franchise history counts: earlier names and cities of a team fit too • Streaks, best streak and total grids completed • A countdown to the next grid once you have finished • An optional daily reminder when the new grid is ready • Share your result without spoiling the answers SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • No ads • No account or sign-in • Works offline • Your progress stays on your device DiamondGrid is an independent baseball trivia game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Major League Baseball, any team or any player. Team and player names are used only to identify them for the quiz. Player data comes from the Lahman Baseball Database (CC BY-SA 3.0) and may contain gaps.
