Referd

Your next job offer starts with the right introduction. Referd connects job seekers with verified employees at their target companies—people who studied at the same college or school, or worked at the same company. These are the people most likely to refer you. And referrals don't just help you get noticed—they help you get hired. But Referd is more than a referral platform. Before your profile reaches any referrer, a Referd subject matter expert interviews you based on that specific job's description and required skills. After the interview, Referd prepares a detailed review and assigns a role-specific rating. The referrer receives your profile along with this expert evaluation, allowing them to refer candidates with greater confidence. This process applies to every referral job on the platform. ━━━ HOW IT WORKS FOR JOB SEEKERS ━━━ • Join as a Student, Fresher, or Professional. • Students and Freshers can browse internships, off-campus jobs, and referral opportunities. • Professionals can request referrals for jobs posted by other Professionals. • Paste any job link to instantly find alumni working at that company. • Referd identifies alumni from your college, school, or previous workplaces. • Request a referral and complete the expert interview for that specific role. • Receive your interview rating and review. • Get referred, get hired, and once employed, upgrade to a Professional profile to post referral jobs for your company. ━━━ HOW IT WORKS FOR REFERRERS ━━━ • Post referral opportunities for openings at your company. • Referd reviews every job before publishing. • Receive only candidates who have already been interviewed for your specific role. • Review their interview rating, expert feedback, and match score. • Refer with confidence while protecting your professional reputation. • Track hiring progress and earn your company's referral bonus when applicable. ━━━ YOUR ALUMNI NETWORK ━━━ Referd connects you with: • College & School Alumni • Workplace Alumni For every job, instantly see alumni currently working at that company, view their profiles, message them directly, and discover referral opportunities—all within the app. ━━━ WHY REFERD EXISTS ━━━ AI has made interview cheating easier than ever. Candidates sometimes clear interviews they aren't truly prepared for, leading to costly hiring mistakes. At the same time, employees hesitate to refer candidates because a poor referral can damage their reputation inside the company. Referd solves both problems. Every referral candidate is interviewed by a Referd subject matter expert using the exact job description and required skills. Only after receiving a written review and role-specific rating is the candidate presented to the referrer. This creates a three-layer trust system: Layer 1 – Alumni Connection Layer 2 – Referd Expert Interview Layer 3 – Verified Profile with Rating & Review The result is better referrals, stronger trust, and higher-quality hiring. ━━━ FEATURES ━━━ ✅ Smart Job Discovery – Paste any job link to find alumni instantly. ✅ Alumni Network – Connect through college, school, and workplace. ✅ Verified Referral Jobs – Posted by verified professionals. ✅ Expert Interviews – Every referral request is evaluated by a subject matter expert. ✅ Match Score – Shows compatibility for better referral decisions. ✅ Referral Tracking – Monitor every stage of your request. ✅ Referrer Dashboard – Manage referrals, ratings, and hiring progress. ✅ In-App Messaging – Connect directly with alumni. ✅ Profile Upgrade – Become a Professional after joining a company. ✅ Push Notifications – Stay updated on referrals, interviews, and opportunities.
