i-DRIVER adalah aplikasi khusus Mitra Driver INDIEGO untuk menerima dan menjalankan order layanan yang tersedia di wilayah operasional. Dengan i-DRIVER, Mitra Driver dapat: • Mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan status Online. • Menerima order sesuai jenis kendaraan dan Job Driver. • Melihat informasi titik jemput dan tujuan. • Menggunakan navigasi selama perjalanan. • Memperbarui posisi perjalanan secara realtime saat Online atau menjalankan order. • Berkomunikasi dengan Customer melalui chat dan panggilan suara pada order yang mendukung fitur tersebut. • Melihat status dan riwayat order. • Memantau pendapatan dan transaksi Driver. • Mengelola saldo dan pengajuan penarikan apabila tersedia. • Mengakses informasi kendaraan, wilayah operasional, bantuan, dan keselamatan. • Mengelola profil serta keamanan akun. Penggunaan lokasi Saat Driver mengaktifkan status Online atau sedang menangani order, i-DRIVER menggunakan lokasi perangkat untuk membantu pencarian order di sekitar, memperbarui posisi perjalanan kepada Customer, dan mendukung navigasi. Saat Driver Offline, aplikasi tidak melakukan tracking lokasi perjalanan secara terus-menerus. Panggilan suara i-DRIVER menyediakan komunikasi suara online untuk kebutuhan operasional order. Mikrofon digunakan hanya ketika fitur panggilan suara sedang digunakan. Ketersediaan layanan, jenis order, tarif, wilayah operasional, dan fitur tertentu dapat berbeda berdasarkan konfigurasi INDIEGO di masing-masing daerah.
