Manage customer accounts clearly with Hisab. Hisab helps stores manage customer balances, payments, account history, and customer requests in one place. Linked customers can also view and interact with their own accounts. Stores can add customer accounts, set hisab limits, record hisab and payments, review transaction history and reversals, monitor open hisab and credit balances, identify inactive accounts, and view reports showing balance changes over time. Customers linked to a store can view their current hisab, remaining limit and account history, contact the store, send order requests, and submit bank-transfer payment claims.
