CropSupply

CropSupply is a modern crop sourcing and trade management app built to make buying and selling agricultural produce faster, more transparent, and more reliable across Africa. It connects buyers, aggregators, warehouse operators, market agents, brokers, rural traders, and transporters in one simple system—so crops can move from farm to market with fewer delays, less price confusion, and stronger trust between trading partners. For buyers such as food companies, hotels, exporters, processors, institutions, and large traders, CropSupply makes it easy to source crops based on real availability. You can browse listed produce, view estimated volumes, grades, locations, and expected harvest windows, then place orders directly through the platform. Instead of relying on phone calls, guesswork, or middlemen without proof, CropSupply helps you buy with confidence by using structured supply data collected from the field and from verified aggregators and market centers. Buyers can also follow order progress, receive confirmations, and get updates from the sourcing team and logistics partners. For aggregators and market/warehouse operators, CropSupply works like a daily operations tool. You can register your center, list available crops, update stock and expected incoming volumes, record farmer deliveries, manage quality grading, and respond to buyer requests quickly. The app supports organized crop aggregation by capturing key details like variety, grade, packaging, moisture/condition notes (where relevant), and collection point information. This improves credibility and makes it easier for serious buyers to commit to orders. Transporters also benefit by receiving transport requests, confirming availability, coordinating pickup and delivery, and updating shipment status. This reduces confusion, improves planning, and strengthens accountability in the supply chain. With clearer logistics communication, both buyers and aggregators can reduce losses caused by delays and poor handling. CropSupply is powered by MazaoHub’s “Tech-and-Touch” approach—combining digital tools with real field networks. Through Crop Sourcing Centers (Agiza Mazao) and Farmer Excellence Centers (Kliniki za Kilimo), the platform is designed to connect real production sources with real market demand. That means the system is not just an online marketplace; it is supported by ground-level verification, structured farmer networks, and practical sourcing workflows that fit how African crop trading actually happens. Whether you are sourcing maize, beans, rice, horticultural crops, or other produce, CropSupply helps you reduce sourcing risk, improve traceability, and build long-term supply relationships. The goal is simple: make crop trade more professional, data-driven, and fair—so farmers sell better, aggregators grow stronger businesses, and buyers get consistent supply they can trust.
