Tickgetr Scanner helps organizers check tickets at the entrance. - Link each device with an event code and organizer approval. - Scan QR codes or enter a ticket code. See whether a ticket is valid, already used or invalid. - Download the full ticket list to every approved device in advance. Local storage is encrypted. - Synchronize pending scans when connectivity returns. - Search attendees by name and see who has arrived. The scanner shows only the attendee and ticket details needed for admission. Working offline The same device blocks repeat scans. Two disconnected devices can both admit the same ticket. Reconnect regularly to update scans. On synchronization, the server records one acceptance and any conflicts. A ticket that has not been downloaded needs an online check, for example after a recent sale. An expired offline package must be refreshed before offline scanning can continue. Revoked access is rejected during online verification. Tickgetr Scanner is intended for approved event staff. Only use a device and event for which the organizer has granted access.
