Apiary Tools is a hive tracker and a set of beekeeping calculators, built by beekeepers and free to use. Log what you see at the hive, know what is blooming around it, and let the app remind you what comes next. TRACK YOUR HIVES Apiaries, hives and inspections, with photos. Record brood, stores, temperament, queen status and the actions you took, then see the whole history on one timeline. Queen events, requeening and splits are kept per hive. Custom inspection actions if the built-in list is not yours. LOG THE WHOLE YARD AT ONCE Treatments, feeding and harvests can be logged for every hive in a yard in one go. Harvests carry a batch number for the jars you sell, and season totals build themselves. A simple finance tracker keeps money in and money out. KNOW WHAT IS BLOOMING A weekly bloom check asks about the plants in your forage region and builds your own bloom calendar for each yard, year by year, with first bloom dates side by side. Mark a plant "not in my area" and it stops being asked about. Import years of notes from a calendar file. The forage map shows what grows around the yard, and the week's weather sits on each apiary page. FORAGE CALENDARS Regional bloom calendars for the United States by state, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New South Wales and South Africa, with the main flow and the fall flow marked on the beekeeping year. TASKS AND REMINDERS Plan tasks across hives and yards, with recurring templates for the jobs that come round every season. Inspection reminders and a weekly digest arrive by email, in your time zone. WORKS OFFLINE Everything you log in the yard is saved on the phone and sent up when you have signal. Two devices editing the same record no longer lose one side; you choose which to keep. SHARE A YARD Invite a mentor, a partner or a club to see or edit an apiary, with the role you choose.
