O S CONTROL é o aplicativo de campo do Ao Segundo Control. O técnico recebe suas ordens de serviço, executa o atendimento e registra as evidências direto do celular — com ou sem internet. O QUE O TÉCNICO FAZ NO APP • Minhas ordens: lista das OS atribuídas, com os filtros Todas, Hoje, Em andamento e Concluídas. • Detalhe da OS: cliente, endereço, agendamento, prioridade e abertura do endereço no mapa. • Checklist do serviço: itens obrigatórios e opcionais, com marcação de "Não se aplica" e observação. • Fotos do atendimento: câmera ou galeria, organizadas por categoria (Antes, Durante, Depois, Outro) e com legenda. • Assinatura do cliente: aceite dos serviços e valores na própria tela, gerando o documento final da ordem. • Cronômetro de atendimento: apontamento do tempo trabalhado na ordem. • Check-in e check-out por geolocalização: registro pontual do local no início, no fim e na conclusão, com validação de raio e justificativa quando o atendimento ocorre fora da área prevista. TRABALHA OFFLINE As ordens ficam disponíveis no aparelho. Checklist, fotos, tempo e conclusão são salvos localmente e entram em uma fila de sincronização, enviada automaticamente quando a conexão volta. O app avisa quando existem alterações pendentes de envio. NOTIFICAÇÕES Alertas de nova OS, reagendamento, cancelamento, alterações relevantes, lembretes e conflitos. Cada tipo pode ser ligado ou desligado dentro do app. SEGURANÇA E PRIVACIDADE Acesso por biometria (impressão digital ou reconhecimento facial), sem armazenar a senha no aparelho. Cada empresa opera isolada das demais. A localização é capturada apenas em eventos específicos da ordem de serviço — não há rastreamento contínuo do técnico — e a geolocalização pode ser desativada pela empresa. TRÊS IDIOMAS Português do Brasil, Português de Portugal e Español de España, com troca imediata dentro do app. ACESSO Este é um aplicativo corporativo. É necessário ter uma conta em uma empresa que já utiliza o O S CONTROL: o acesso é feito informando o código da empresa, o e-mail e a senha do técnico. O app não oferece cadastro individual.
