LogBook - Mileage Tracker

LogBook is the simple, private mileage log book app built for sole traders, freelancers, and small business owners. Track your business and personal vehicle trips, calculate your claimable amount using your mileage rates, and export professional PDF or CSV reports for your accountant — all from your phone. ⭐ WHY LOGBOOK? Keeping a mileage logbook shouldn't be complicated. LogBook makes it fast and effortless to record every business trip so you never miss a deduction at tax time. No GPS tracking, no battery drain, no cloud accounts — just a clean, intuitive logbook that respects your privacy. ✅ LOG TRIPS IN SECONDS Tap, enter your route and distance, and you're done. Categorise each trip as business or personal. Add a purpose note for your records. Use the date selector to log past trips you forgot. Your logbook stays organised with trips grouped by date and easy filtering options. 📊 AUTOMATIC MILEAGE CALCULATIONS LogBook calculates your claimable amount automatically using the mileage rates you enter. Supports tiered rate systems where the first portion of kilometres or miles is claimed at a higher rate and additional kilometres or miles at a lower rate. Update your rates each year when new ones are published — your historical trips keep their original rates. See your total business kilometres or miles, trip count, and claimable amount at a glance on your dashboard. 📄 PROFESSIONAL PDF & CSV REPORTS Export a detailed mileage report as a PDF or CSV file and share it directly with your accountant. Reports include trip dates, routes, distances, purposes, vehicle details, and calculated claims. Choose your reporting period — current month, current year, full financial year, or a custom date range. Reports are generated entirely on your device and are ready for tax filing. 🚗 MULTIPLE VEHICLES Track mileage across multiple vehicles, each with its own fuel type, mileage rate, and photo. Supports petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles with separate rates for each. Set a primary vehicle for quick trip logging. Archive old vehicles while keeping their history intact. 🌍 BUILT FOR YOUR COUNTRY LogBook is configured for New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Each country has its own currency, distance unit, and financial year pre-configured. Enter your current mileage rates during setup — this way your logbook always uses the correct rates even when they change each year. 🔒 100% PRIVATE — YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE LogBook stores all your data locally on your phone. No account required. No cloud sync. No GPS tracking. No ads. Your mileage records never leave your device unless you choose to export or share a report.
