BINAURAL SOUNDS 33 binaural presets for sleep, focus, relaxation and meditation, from slow Delta to energizing Beta. Mix them with 30+ ambient sounds: rain, ocean, forest, fire, and white, pink or brown noise. Use headphones for binaural sounds. BREATHING Seven guided techniques, including 4-7-8, box breathing, coherent breathing, a morning energizer and a long-exhale wind-down. FOCUS + EYE BREAKS A Pomodoro timer with optional focus sounds. Every 20 minutes MindFlow reminds you to look about 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds — the 20-20-20 habit for screen days. SLEEP & WAKE Sleep sounds, a sleep timer, a simple sleep journal and a gentle wake-up alarm. MOOD CHECK-INS Log how you feel in seconds, see your week, and keep a streak going at your own pace.
