This application is an NGO patient screening and assessment platform designed to support registered healthcare workers in conducting structured screening for Tuberculosis (TB), Asthma, and Respiratory Tract Infections (RTI). The app provides a simple and organized workflow that helps authorized healthcare workers collect patient information, record basic health measurements, and complete screening questionnaires as part of the NGO's healthcare screening activities. KEY FEATURES • Secure access for registered healthcare workers Only healthcare workers registered and authorized by the NGO administrator can access the application. Workers can log in using their registered phone number and proceed with the screening journey. • Patient registration and basic details Healthcare workers can record basic patient information required for the screening process, including patient name and phone number. • Health measurements The application allows healthcare workers to record important basic measurements such as height, weight, SpO₂ (oxygen saturation), and pulse rate. • TB screening Healthcare workers can complete structured screening questions related to Tuberculosis (TB) and record the relevant information as part of the screening process. • Asthma screening The application supports structured screening for Asthma by allowing healthcare workers to record relevant patient responses and information. • RTI screening The application also supports screening for Respiratory Tract Infections (RTI) through a structured assessment workflow. • Organized screening records Patient screening information is recorded digitally to help the NGO maintain organized records and support its screening and healthcare programs. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION The application is designed to support NGO healthcare workers during community and field-based screening activities. It helps standardize the collection of patient information and screening responses so that healthcare workers can follow a consistent screening process. The application is a screening and assessment support tool. It does not replace a qualified medical professional and should not be considered a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients with health concerns should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. DATA PRIVACY The application collects patient information and health-related screening information only for the purposes of providing the screening functionality and supporting the NGO's healthcare activities. The application does not sell patient data and does not use patient information for advertising or marketing purposes. Patient screening records are retained on the application's server for up to one year. After the applicable retention period, the records are deleted from the server in accordance with the NGO's data-retention practices. ACCESS AND AUTHORIZATION Access to the application is restricted to healthcare workers who have been registered and authorized by the NGO administrator. Unauthorized users cannot independently create an account and access the screening system. The application is intended for use by authorized NGO healthcare workers for legitimate patient screening and healthcare program activities. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The screening results and information recorded through the application are intended to assist healthcare workers with the screening process. Screening does not by itself establish a medical diagnosis. The application should be used responsibly by authorized personnel and in accordance with the NGO's healthcare screening procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
