ProMeetings

Make it real. ProMeetings makes it effortless to meet someone nearby — whether it's a professional exchange over coffee or a spontaneous conversation at a local café. No pitch. No small talk. Just two people who both decided to show up. HOW IT WORKS Live Mode — I'm here now Already at a café, restaurant, or coworking space? Activate Live Mode to let nearby users know you're open to meeting. No cold approaches — just two people who both said yes. Simple, safe, and always consent-based. Planned Mode — I'll be there Schedule a meetup in advance at a specific venue and match with someone who'll join you. Both sides review and accept before meeting. Perfect for conference days, business trips, or anyone who wants authentic conversations on their own terms. WHO IT'S FOR For Professionals & Teams • Conference and event attendees who want real conversations beyond the sessions • Business travelers looking for meaningful connections in a new city • Companies fostering cross-team or cross-company networking • Remote teams encouraging in-person meetups when colocated For Individuals • Digital nomads and remote workers wanting interaction beyond screens • Solo travelers looking to meet locals or fellow travelers • Anyone who enjoys genuine conversation over good food or coffee You don't need a business card. You don't need a reason. Just be open. SAFETY FIRST • Mutual acceptance before any meeting • Public venues only — cafés, restaurants, coworking spaces • Location-based check-in to confirm both parties arrived • Post-meeting feedback to keep the community high-quality • Block and report tools at any time • No personal info shared until both users confirm • Limited pre-meeting chat to keep things intentional WHY PROMEETINGS? This isn't a dating app. It's not a networking platform with lead scores and follow-up funnels. It's simpler: two people, one table, one conversation. For companies, turn conferences into actual human connections. For individuals, turn an ordinary break into something you'll remember. Some meetings last thirty minutes. Some open doors you didn't know existed. Either way, you showed up. And that's where everything begins. Your seat is waiting.
