Get fit in the time you have. Core+ is a home workout app that builds a weekly workout plan of 15 to 30 minute sessions around the days you can actually train. Strength training, Pilates, HIIT, cardio and core workouts, at home or at the gym, with or without equipment. A WORKOUT PLAN THAT STARTS WHERE YOU ARE A five minute baseline test sets your fitness level for every movement pattern, so beginner workouts and advanced workouts come from the same plan. Week one is built from your results, not from a label. Each week gets a little harder as you get stronger, and eases off after a rough one. WORKS AROUND YOUR BODY Bad knee, sore lower back, tender shoulder or wrist? Say so once. Core+ never programs an exercise that loads that joint, and there is a low impact workout option every day. EVERY KIND OF HOME WORKOUT Strength training, Pilates, HIIT, cardio and calisthenics. Target legs and glutes, core and abs, chest and arms, or back and arms. Bodyweight workouts with no equipment, or dumbbell workouts if you have them. The plan rotates so no two days hit the same muscles. PRESS START. SET THE PHONE DOWN Audio cues and vibration run every hold, rest and countdown. You look at the screen between sets, not during them. Follow your workout hands free. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL DO Every exercise, every set and every rest, plus what you need before you start. Usually nothing.
