Consolid Tracker

Consolid Tracker is a work app for drivers at companies that use the Consolid platform. Everything you need on the road is in the route view: where to go, whom to call and what to mark at each point. YOUR ROUTES • Your current route as a card with the next point and progress through the points; planned routes as cards with their dates. • An archive of your last 10 routes. • Pull down to refresh the list. ROUTE POINTS • Points in order with the type of operation: loading, unloading, customs operation, border crossing, control and expertise. • Address, date and time of each point. • Contact person at the point, if provided: call or copy the number right from the route view. • Directions to a point open with a tap on its address, in Google Maps or Waze (if installed); choose the default one in Settings → Maps. MARKING POINTS • Mark arrival and departure at each point with one tap each. • The arrival and departure buttons become available once you are near the point. Your company sets the radius, so an arrival can’t be marked by accident from far away. • Made a mistake? Undo the step with “Return to previous status”. • Marking departure at the last point completes the route. LOCATION: WHAT IS SHARED AND WHEN While a route is active, your position is shared about once a minute with your company’s dispatcher via the Consolid server, including in the background: with the screen off, while you use other apps or after you close the app. • Sharing begins when you tap “Start tracking” on a route. Before the system permission request, the app explains why it needs background location. • If a route is already in progress, sharing resumes on its own when you open the app, provided the permission is granted. • While sharing is on, Android shows a persistent system notification. • No signal? Positions are kept on the phone for a while and sent once the connection is back. • Sharing stops when the route is completed — normally by marking departure at the last point. • If location is turned off on your phone, the app shows a screen reminding you to turn it on. PROFILE AND SETTINGS • A read-only profile: first name, last name, phone and email. • Interface language: English, Ukrainian or Polish. • Default navigation app. • Log out with confirmation. WHO IT IS FOR Drivers at companies working on the Consolid platform. A logistics planner builds the routes in the Consolid web system, and the app gives the driver what is needed to drive them. Sign in with the email and password of the account your company provides; a forgotten password can be reset by email.
