Ankora supports your therapy between one session and the next. A lot happens between sessions: an emotion you never get round to noting down, a task that slips your mind, a thought that gets lost. Ankora brings it all together in one place, so that you and your therapist have a clear picture of how you are progressing. Ankora is the app for patients of centres and therapists who work with Ankora. To use it you need an invitation from your centre or your therapist: it lets you activate your account and access your personal space. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Emotion log: record how you feel on the emotion wheel and see how your week has gone. • Personal diary: write down what is happening to you and your thoughts, whenever you like. • Exercises: complete the exercises your therapist sets you between sessions. • Questionnaires: answer the questionnaires your therapist sends you. • Goals: keep track of your goals and tick them off as you achieve them. • Guided meditations: listen to them whenever you need. • Resources: read the psychoeducation material your therapist shares with you. • Calendar and reminders: keep your appointments to hand and get reminders of your tasks. • Online sessions: join your video sessions from within the app. • Chat: message your therapist. • Progress: read the progress reports your therapist shares with you. • Files and payments: your documents and invoices, all in one place. • Virtual assistant: if your centre enables it, you can talk to an assistant. It is an artificial intelligence system, not a person, and it does not replace your therapist. Your therapist decides which sections you have enabled, so the app adapts to your therapy. WORKS OFFLINE You can log your emotions, write in your diary or complete exercises even without a connection. Everything syncs as soon as you are back online. YOUR PRIVACY FIRST • Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. • Compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). • Optional two-step verification to protect your account. • No advertising. We do not sell or share your data. • Your data is removed from the phone when you sign out.
