Animi is the patient app that keeps your care going between one therapy session and the next. You join with the invite code sent by your psychologist and get a safe space on your phone to log how you feel, do the activities you agreed on and arrive at your next session knowing how the week went. HOW IT WORKS Your psychologist adds you in the Animi dashboard and sends you an invite code. Download the app, create your account with that code and you are connected. The app is free for patients. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Mood check-in: log how you feel in a few seconds, up to 3 times a day, with emotions, context, sleep and energy. • Journal: write private notes that only you can see, or share with your psychologist what you want to bring to the session. • Activities from your psychologist: breathing exercises, thought records, gratitude journaling, readings and scales, sent for you to do at your own pace. • Session feedback: read the key points and next steps your psychologist shares. • Progress trail: a visual journey that moves forward as you take care of yourself, with no penalties and no comparison with anyone. • Gentle reminders: choose when to be reminded about check-ins, activities and sessions. • Need help now? An always-visible button takes you to support contacts such as CVV (188) and SAMU (192) in Brazil. PRIVACY FIRST • Private notes are yours alone: neither your psychologist nor our team can see them. • Encrypted clinical data and explicit consent, built for Brazil's LGPD. • App lock with biometrics and no sensitive content in lock-screen notifications. • Delete your account right from the app. IMPORTANT Animi is not an emergency service and does not replace psychological care.
