Artkiv

Remember packing up a craft fair with the day's sales on a scribbled note and the receipts in a tin? Yeah, we fixed that. Artkiv is the app for makers who sell in person. Everything you've made in one archive, every sale logged at the table in seconds, and the day's takings adding up as you go. It works with no signal, because the church hall never has any. AT THE FAIR • Log a sale in seconds, in the middle of a conversation • Several pieces in one sale, because bundles sell • Discounts by percentage or straight to a final price, no calculator gymnastics • Record how it was paid, cash or digital • No signal needed, and nothing to sync afterwards YOUR ARCHIVE • Every piece with photos, description, price and how many are left • Tags and categories for what you actually make: pottery, prints, jewellery, woodwork, vintage finds • Grid or list, whichever way you think • Search and filter faster than you can say "where did I put that one?" • Status at a glance: available, sold, reserved WHAT THE DAY MADE • Earnings charts you'll actually look at • Every sale and every expense in one history, scroll back as far as you like • Best sellers, revenue trends, monthly and yearly totals • Expenses by category, including the stall fee and petrol reality check • Multi-currency, for the fairs across a border • Find out which fair pays for itself and which one costs you a Saturday YOUR DATA. YOUR DEVICE. PERIOD. • 100% offline. No account to create, nothing ever syncs • Artkiv has never had a server, and never will • Optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock • Export to CSV or take a full backup whenever you like. They're your numbers • GDPR compliant, because privacy isn't up for discussion PLEASANT TO USE, WHICH SHOULDN'T BE RARE • Warm orange and cream, because business apps don't have to be grey • Hand-lettered titles, and a beaver who lends a hand • A tag cloud of your own archive • It greets you by name • Six languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Japanese GO PREMIUM (OR DON'T, WE WON'T JUDGE) • Unlimited items and transactions • Zero ads, forever • Unlimited backups • Every premium feature we add later WHO'S USING IT • Makers with a stall: potters, printmakers, jewellers, woodworkers, candle and soap makers • Anyone doing Christmas markets, artisan fairs and craft markets all season • Collectors keeping track of what they've bought and what they've sold • Small shops that want order without a monthly bill the size of a stall fee • Anyone tired of the spreadsheet, so, everyone THE BOTTOM LINE: if you make it, sell it or collect it, Artkiv organises it. Load the van and leave the notebook at home. Your passion, perfectly organised.
