Many years ago a fledgling intellect invented a way to record visual images. These pictures were captured quickly enough to convey motion, and soon, they used this technology to tell stories. Tradition was to watch in a darkroom, while the flickering lights displayed the motion pictures gigantically against a large wall. These motion pictures were so popular that they added sound, color, and soon the size of screens became small enough to carry, allowing these creatures to watch wherever and whenever they liked. Darkroom celebrates this innovation, hand picking highlights and memorable pictures throughout the world from past to present. Stream free or support and subscribe ad free. Disclaimer - Darkroom contains films and series which were originally produced in 4x3 aspect ratio. Because of this, we play content in their original aspect ratio. For HD resolution screens (1920 x1080), this means there will be black bars on the left and right sides of the video playback.
