StillHandled

A hard day doesn't have to be a bad day. StillHandled is a private resilience tracker that helps you separate two things: how difficult an area of life felt and how well you handled it. A quick daily check-in makes progress visible without pretending that life must become easy. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the areas you want to follow, such as work, anxiety, studying, relationships, or your overall day. • Rate difficulty and handling separately from 1 to 5. • Add an optional private note or mark a topic as not relevant that day. • Review your history and see patterns over time. • Notice difficult days that you handled well.
