Social media, short videos and endless feeds are built to keep you doomscrolling. Anása gives you a pause right at the moment you reach for them. One breath, one honest question, then you choose. Most of the time, that is all it takes to put the phone down. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps that steal your time. When you open one, Anása steps in first with a short pause and asks what you are looking for. Close the app, choose something better to do, or plan a short visit with an ending you set. No guilt, no streaks to protect.
