Site Manager by Anantam Live

Anantam Site Manager 1.0 replaces WhatsApp groups, Excel trackers and 11 PM phone calls with one calm, structured workspace - built for the way you actually run construction sites in India. ────────────────────────────── THE PROBLEM EVERY INDIAN SITE SHARES ────────────────────────────── Design intent and site execution live in different worlds - and the gap between them is where projects slip, money leaks, and architects spend their evenings on the phone. The site WhatsApp group has 50 unread messages by lunch. The one important photo is buried in conversation. The material list lives in three Excel files - none of them current. Trades are working from a drawing revision you superseded two weeks ago. A snag escalates because no one was tracking it, and you find out from the client, not your site engineer. Anantam Site Manager 1.0 collapses all of that into one app. ────────────────────────────── SIX TOOLS. ONE RUNNING SITE. ────────────────────────────── 📋 DAILY TASK SHEETS One source of truth for every room. A per - room daily task list assigned to trades, moving from Open → In Progress → Done in real time. No more "where are we?" calls at 9 PM. 💬 SITE COMMUNICATIONS Channels per room, with photos and voice notes in context. Trades and consultants see only the channels relevant to them. Every doubt is pinned to exactly where it belongs. 📦 MATERIAL TRACKER Track every material entry, vendor and delivery window against the rooms they belong to. See delayed deliveries before they become a fire - delayed marble doesn't just delay a delivery, it delays a ceiling, a paint coat, a handover. ✅ ACTION ITEMS One inbox for every reminder, RFI, overdue approval and escalated snag - sorted by Critical, Overdue, Today and This Week. Your morning starts with one list, not seventeen group chats. 📐 DRAWINGS & DOCUMENTS GFC drawings, RCPs and shop drawings linked to specific rooms, visible to the site team the moment you upload. Only the latest revision surfaces. Every drawing carries its date stamp. Full offline access - works in the basement. 🖊️ APPROVALS LOG Every client sign - off, consultant approval and design decision - timestamped, exportable, never disputed. One tap from the client portal, with attached drawings and photos included. ────────────────────────────── MADE FOR THE WAY INDIA BUILDS ────────────────────────────── Built around the daily rhythm of Indian construction - multiple live sites, fragmented trades, regional vendors, and clients who want progress without jargon. Studios use it to coordinate daily task sheets, manage drawing sets and own the conversation between design and execution. Developers use it as a multi - tenant platform across every site they own - one dashboard, one truth, one audit trail per project. ────────────────────────────── BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO'S BEEN ON SITE ────────────────────────────── Built by Tanya Jhaveri - Architect and Interior designer, SCI - Arc Los Angeles. After years on site seeing the same gap between brilliant design and chaotic execution, she built the tool she always wished she had. For architects. For interior designers. For new house owners. For real estate developers. For anyone who's ever been the human glue holding a site together.
